Deleting your account and data

This concerns the PrezentOS app, provided by AC GROUPS POLSKA spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością. Below we describe how you delete your account and which data is deleted with it.

Deleting your account in the app

You delete your account yourself, without contacting us. The action is immediate and cannot be undone.

  1. Sign in to the PrezentOS app.
  2. In the bottom bar tap More, then Settings.
  3. Go to the Danger zone section and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm in the dialog that appears.

The app also runs in a browser at app.prezentos.apps-net.pl, so you can delete your account without installing it on your device.

Deleting your account on request

If you have lost access to your account and cannot sign in, contact us at kontakt@apps-net.pl. In your message give the email address or phone number the account was set up with — we use them only to find the account.

We handle the request without undue delay, no later than 30 days from receiving it.

Data deleted and data kept

Deleted permanently together with the account:

  • Account dataFirst name, email address, phone number and the stored hash of your password or sign-in key.
  • Gift listsAll the gifts you added, together with their links and assigned occasions.
  • Ideas and important datesYour private gift ideas and notes about your friends' dates — also in encrypted form, together with the encryption keys — and the dates you entered about yourself.
  • Reservations, invitations and requestsReservations of friends' gifts, invitations sent to the numbers of people without an account, and list and date requests (in both directions).
  • SharesInformation about who you shared your list with and whose lists you could see.
  • Friend connectionsConnections in both directions — both the people you added and those who added you.
  • NotificationsPush notification subscriptions saved for your devices, as well as occasion reminder settings and the reminder record (entries about you in other people's reminder records — within 24 hours).
  • Days you used the appThe dates of the days on which you used the app.
  • Sign-in detailsThe entries that let you sign in to the account, including passkeys (fingerprint, Face ID).

For a limited time after your account is deleted we keep:

  • Backups — up to 60 daysYour data may still be kept in a database backup (a daily one or one made before an app update), which we use only to recover from a failure. The backup is deleted after 60 days.
  • Technical server logs — up to 60 daysIP address, date and time, the address of the resource opened (with its parameters), the address of the page from which the request was sent, and the browser type. These entries are created on every connection and do not contain an account name.

Apart from the above, we keep none of your data once your account is deleted. We make no copies of gift lists and no archives of deleted accounts. The administrator action log may retain entries about actions previously taken on the account (e.g. blocking or deletion) — with the account number, without the first name, email address or phone number. Aggregate visit statistics and weekly sign-up counters are not linked to the account and do not contain your data, so they remain (privacy policy, section 17).
