PrezentOS Terms of Service
In force from: 1 November 2026
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
1.1. PrezentOS is a gift-list app, available in the browser and as an app from Google Play (the “App”), and the website prezentos.com, which also runs at prezentos.apps-net.pl (the “Website”). These terms set out the rules for using the App and the Website and the rules for buying the paid Standard plan.
1.2. The service is provided, and Standard is sold, by AC GROUPS POLSKA spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (a Polish limited liability company; KRS 0000955652, NIP 5492466220, REGON 521271810), ul. Łączna 14, 32-600 Oświęcim, Poland (“we”). For any matter, please contact us at kontakt@apps-net.pl.
1.3. “You” means a person who has an Account. “Consumer” means an individual who enters into a contract with us for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity.
1.4. “Account” is your profile in the App. “Plan” is Free or Standard. “Period” is the time for which Standard is paid (a year or a month). “Payment Provider” is Mollie B.V., based in Amsterdam (the Netherlands), which handles payments for Standard.
2. The Account and the Free plan
2.1. To create an Account we need your first name, e-mail address, password and phone number. Accounts are for adults.
2.2. We conclude the contract for electronic services in the Free plan when you create the Account. It is free of charge and concluded for an indefinite period. You can end it at any time by deleting the Account in the App Settings (“Delete account”). We may terminate it for important reasons, in particular when the Account is used for abuse or to break the law (privacy policy, point 12).
2.3. To use the App you need an internet connection and an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled, or an Android phone with the App from Google Play. Notifications and access to contacts require your permission in the system.
2.4. You must not enter unlawful content, send spam, harass other people, impersonate them or disrupt the service. For such actions we may block or delete the Account.
2.5. The Free plan may contain ads (privacy policy, point 6).
3. The Free and Standard plans
3.1. Free is free of charge and may contain ads. In Free you can save one close person without an account; friends with an account have no limit.
3.2. Standard is paid. It gives you: no ads, close people without an account with no limit and — once we launch it — shared close people. The plan screen describes the current scope; features marked “coming soon” are not yet part of Standard.
3.3. The plan belongs to the Account, not to a device: Standard works wherever you are signed in — in the browser and in the App.
3.4. When Standard ends, the Account goes back to Free: the ads return, and of your close people without an account, as many remain as Free allows (you choose them once). The rest wait — nothing is deleted.
4. Buying Standard
4.1. You buy Standard on the Website (prezentos.com/konto), after signing in to your Account. The App from Google Play sells nothing — it only tells you where Standard can be bought. We do not process purchases through Google Play.
4.2. The price is given in Polish zloty (PLN) as a gross price (including VAT). You see the price that applies — also after a coupon discount (point 4.8) — before you pay. We currently sell Standard to buyers with an address in Poland.
4.3. A purchase works like this:
- a) you choose the Period (year or month) and the payment method: by card with automatic renewal, or “up front”, without renewal (BLIK, Przelewy24 or card);
- b) you enter the details for the VAT invoice: first and last name and address (an individual) or company name, tax number (NIP) and address (a company);
- c) you tick that you want Standard to start working right away and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal (point 7); the purchase is not possible without this;
- d) you review the summary (price, Period, renewal) and click “Order and pay” — this is an order with an obligation to pay;
- e) you pay on the Payment Provider’s page and return to the Website, where we check the payment.
4.4. We conclude the contract for Standard when you place the order. We switch Standard on once the Payment Provider confirms the payment — usually within a few seconds. If the payment fails, Standard is not switched on and nothing is charged.
4.5. The Period counts from the day of payment. If you already have a paid Period, the new one starts when the current one ends — no days are lost.
4.6. After payment we issue a VAT invoice with the details you entered at purchase, send it to you by e-mail and make it available for download as a PDF on the Website. The invoice is issued by AC GROUPS POLSKA; it may be sent to the National e-Invoice System (KSeF). You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoice details.
4.7. You enter your card, BLIK or bank details only on the Payment Provider’s page — they do not reach us. We store only a card token: the brand, the last four digits and the expiry date.
4.8. Discount coupons. We may make coupons available in the form of a link. A coupon reduces by the stated percentage the price of the first Period bought using it; later Periods (renewals) cost the standard price. A coupon has an expiry date and a limit of uses, each Account can use a given coupon once, and coupons cannot be combined or exchanged for cash. We may withdraw a coupon before it is used; this does not affect purchases that have already been paid.
5. Renewal
5.1. If you choose “By card, renews automatically”, Standard renews automatically for the same Period: we charge the saved card on the day the Period ends. You give your consent to renewal by choosing this option and paying; we show the date of the next charge before you pay.
5.2. A renewal costs the standard price on the day of renewal. If we change the price, we will notify you at least 30 days before we charge the new price. The change does not affect a Period that is already paid, and you can reject it by switching renewal off or deleting the Account.
5.3. You can switch renewal off at any time, free of charge: on the Website, in “Your account” → “Payment” → “Turn off renewal”, or by writing to kontakt@apps-net.pl (we will switch it off within 2 working days). Standard then works until the end of the paid Period, after which the Account goes back to Free. Deleting the Account switches renewal off.
5.4. A payment “up front” does not renew. If you have notifications on, we will remind you about the end of the Period 7 days and 1 day before it.
5.5. You can change the card for future charges on the Website, in “Your account” → “Payment” → “Change card”.
5.6. If a charge fails (e.g. insufficient funds or an expired card), Standard works until the end of the paid Period, after which the Account goes back to Free. You can then buy Standard again.
6. Ending Standard and refunds
6.1. Switching renewal off ends Standard at the end of the paid Period. Deleting the Account ends Standard immediately. In both cases the price of the paid Period is not refunded — except in the situations in points 6.2 and 11.5.
6.2. If we end the contract for Standard for reasons on our side — in particular by ceasing to provide the service or by deleting the Account through no fault of yours — we will refund part of the price for the unused Period.
7. Start of the service and the right of withdrawal
7.1. When a contract is concluded at a distance, a Consumer has, as a rule, 14 days to withdraw from it without giving a reason. Standard is digital content delivered immediately after payment, so when you buy we ask for your consent to start the service before that period expires (point 4.3 c).
7.2. By ticking this consent you expressly request that Standard start working right away, and you acknowledge that once the service begins — that is, when Standard is switched on after payment — you lose the right to withdraw from the contract (Art. 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, *ustawa o prawach konsumenta*). We send the confirmation of the contract and of this consent to the e-mail address of the Account.
7.3. The same rules apply to every automatic renewal: by choosing renewal, you request that each following Period start immediately after the charge.
7.4. We do not refund money for unused time, except in the situations in points 6.2, 8.3 and 11.5.
7.5. Buyers who buy for a company have no right of withdrawal, unless the law grants it to a person running a business on Consumer terms (Art. 38a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act) — in which case the rules in points 7.1–7.4 apply.
8. Complaints
8.1. Send a complaint — for example about how Standard works, a payment or an invoice — to kontakt@apps-net.pl. Give the e-mail address of the Account and a description of the problem and, for a payment, the date and amount; this helps us handle it faster.
8.2. We reply to a complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
8.3. As a Consumer you have statutory rights in respect of non-conformity of digital content or a digital service with the contract (including the right to have it brought into conformity, to a price reduction or to withdraw from the contract). These terms do not limit them.
8.4. You can use out-of-court ways of handling complaints and pursuing claims, in particular the help of a county (city) consumer ombudsman or mediation at the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa). You will find information at uokik.gov.pl.
9. Availability and liability
9.1. We do our best to keep the App running without interruptions. We keep technical interruptions (updates, failures) to a minimum and announce longer planned ones in the App.
9.2. We do not exclude or limit our liability towards a Consumer to the extent that the law prohibits this.
9.3. Payments are handled by the Payment Provider under its own terms (mollie.com).
10. Personal data
The rules for processing personal data are described in the privacy policy, available in the App Settings and at https://prezentos.apps-net.pl/docs/en/privacy-policy/. When you buy Standard we also process the invoice details and payment data (privacy policy, point 18).
11. Changes to the terms, prices and the service
11.1. PrezentOS keeps developing, so these terms, the price list and the scope and operation of the App, the Website, the Free plan and the Standard plan may change. We may change them at any time, in particular when:
- a) the law changes, or a court ruling or an authority’s decision has been issued against us;
- b) we add, change, merge or withdraw features, plans or payment methods;
- c) technical or security reasons, protection against abuse or a change of the providers we use (e.g. the Payment Provider, hosting, ads) require it;
- d) we change the way the service works, the price list or the costs of providing it;
- e) we tidy up or clarify the content of the terms.
11.2. We notify you of a change in the App, on the Website or by e-mail at least 14 days before it takes effect, stating the content of the changes; of a price change — at least 30 days before we charge the new price (point 5.2). Changes solely in your favour, and changes required by law or urgent for security reasons, may take effect immediately.
11.3. If you do not agree with a change, delete the Account before it takes effect — this is a termination of the contract, without any charge. If you have Standard with renewal, you can also switch renewal off.
11.4. If you do not delete the Account before the change takes effect, the change binds you. Continuing to use the App or the Website after that day means acceptance of the changed terms.
11.5. A price change does not affect Periods that are already paid. If a change during a paid Period materially and to your detriment restricts Standard, and within 30 days of its taking effect you delete the Account for that reason, we will refund part of the price for the unused Period.
12. Final provisions
12.1. Polish law applies to the contracts. If you are a Consumer from another European Union country, you keep the protection given by the mandatory provisions of your country’s law.
12.2. The terms are available in Polish, English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch and Ukrainian. In case of discrepancy the Polish version prevails.
12.3. We make the terms available free of charge on the Website and in the App Settings, in a form you can download, save and print.
12.4. The terms come into force on 1 November 2026.
